By accessing or using Otto Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Important Security Notice
Otto Music cannot recover lost wallet private keys or passwords. Please store them securely.
Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content Rights
You retain all rights to content you upload to Otto Music. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, distribute, and display your content on the platform.

Content Standards
All content uploaded to Otto Music must comply with our community standards:

Token Economy & Blockchain
Token Usage and Risks
Otto Music operates using various tokens (OMT, OMG, OTT) within a decentralized ecosystem. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- • Token values may fluctuate and could become worthless
- • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- • Smart contract risks and potential technical failures
- • Regulatory uncertainty in the cryptocurrency space
DAO Governance Participation
Token holders may participate in decentralized governance through our DAO. Participation includes:
- • Voting on platform upgrades and policy changes
- • Approving advertisements and partnerships
- • Revenue distribution adjustments
- • Community moderation decisions
Governance votes are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed once submitted.

Sharing content that promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Security Violations
Attempting to breach platform security, access unauthorized data, or interfere with other users' accounts.
AI Misrepresentation
Falsely labeling AI-generated content as human-created or failing to properly attribute AI assistance in music creation.
Enforcement & Termination
Violation Consequences
Violations of these terms may result in:

- • Temporary account suspension
- • Restriction of platform features
- • Permanent account termination
- • Forfeiture of earned tokens
- • Legal action when applicable
Appeal Process
If you believe your account was unfairly restricted:

- 4. Await review by our moderation team
Account Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- • You may delete your account at any time
- • We may terminate accounts for repeated violations
- • Termination doesn't affect blockchain-recorded transactions
- • Some data may persist due to decentralized nature of the platform
Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
Otto Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- • Token value fluctuations or total loss
- • Smart contract failures or blockchain network issues
- • User-generated content or third-party actions
- • Service interruptions or data loss
Governing Law
